Before adding any Desisle client project to your personal portfolio, Behance, LinkedIn, or any public platform — you must notify the company and receive written approval first. Unauthorised publication of client work is a serious professional breach.

Company data, product roadmaps, financial information, credentials, client lists, and internal tools are confidential assets. They may not be shared, copied, or used for personal benefit outside of your role at Desisle.

These are not bureaucratic rules — they are the foundation of client trust that makes Desisle's business possible. Every breach risks a client relationship that took months to build. We take this seriously.

on Financial Expectations
Growth takes time. Here's what I know — and what I don't know.
  • The course launch, SaaS products, and marketing campaigns need time to gain traction — weeks to months, not days
  • If those bets run well, we will be in a position to increase salaries, add perks, and reward the team meaningfully
  • If they don't perform as expected, the growth in financial compensation may be slower than some of you deserve
  • I am building this as transparently and as fast as I can — and I need your trust while doing it
If your financial goals don't align with this timeline — I respect that completely.

If you need higher compensation sooner than Desisle can deliver in the near term, I genuinely encourage you to explore other opportunities. There is no judgment in that — it is a practical reality that startups are not always the right fit at every stage of someone's life.

What I ask is this: please speak to me directly rather than disengaging silently. I will personally provide a strong reference and actively help you find the right opportunity. That is a founder's commitment — and it stands.

But if you choose to stay and commit — I need your full, undivided best. Half-presence in a startup at survival stage is not a luxury any of us can afford. Let's either be fully in, or help each other find the right path forward. Both are valid. Only silence is not.
